A nice spin effort dripping all over while I read the 2nd book in the series I finished yesterday. A good YF book: Uglies and now I'm in Pretties. 60 min of sustained effort.
Then I did just 2 miles on the TM. Legs are finally starting to feel good again. I'm still going to be taking it easy, but it is nice to know they will still move if I ask them nicely :)
AP: 8:15, splits: 8:34, then went progressive every quarter to finish at 7:30mm.
